Pinkish Ruby

Description

Pinkish Ruby (Light Ruby) is a natural variety of the Corundum family that shows a light red to pinkish-red color tone. It sits between Ruby and Pink Sapphire in the color spectrum.

In Sri Lanka (Ceylon), these gemstones are commonly found and are often called Ceylon Ruby when the red color is still dominant, even if it appears lighter or slightly pinkish.

They are valued for their natural beauty, good transparency, and ethical Sri Lankan origin.
